CLIENT – Robertson LOCATION – Gosforth Academy PROJECT DURATION – 16 Weeks – Ongoing DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Full groundworks package for new sixth form block; including: bulk earthworks; installation of foundations; concrete retaining wall; foul and surface water drainage, including attenuation; installation of ground floor and upper floor slabs.

CLIENT – Tolent Living LOCATION – Peterlee PROJECT DURATION – 60 Weeks: August 2019 – Ongoing DESCRIPTION OF WORKS To supply full earthworks and groundworks packages for 42 new dwellings, including: muck-shift, roads and sewers, 278 works, concrete raft foundations, plot drainage and the external works package; including all paving and driveways.

CLIENT – Marcon FitOut LOCATION – McDonalds Re-fits at Various locations Across the UK PROJECT DURATION – Various, ranging from 3-6 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS MHG have a long-term working relationship with Marcon FitOut, carrying out refurbishment works for McDonald’s fast food restaurants. Works include foundations and drainage for extensions and upgrades to existing stores; extensions of car parks and installation of new side by side drive thru lanes.

CLIENT – Marcon FitOut LOCATION – McDonalds New Builds at Various locations Across the UK PROJECT DURATION – Various, ranging from 12-16 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS In addition to refurbishment works, we also carry out New Build McDonalds Projects for Marcon FitOut. Here we provide full groundworks, earthworks and civils packages; including foundations, drainage, imprint concrete drive thru’s; laying of all kerbing and paving and 278 works to form new access requirements. Recent new build works have been completed in Aberdeen, Stanley, Formby and Hinckley.

CLIENT  – NU Construction LOCATION  – Parseq, Rotherham PROJECT DURATION – 20 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Full earthworks and civils package, works included reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations, full length 2m high reinforced concrete retaining wall, foul and surface water drainage including installation of a large attenuation tank, external works included all kerbing and paving and 2500m2 of brushed finished concrete yard slabs.

CLIENT – NU Construction LOCATION  – Bilston, Wolverhampton PROJECT DURATION – 16 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Groundworks and civils package for the extension of a large industrial unit, works on this project included a reinforced concrete dock leveller, loading ramp and a large attenuation tank.

CLIENT – Compass Developments LOCATION – North Shields PROJECT DURATION – 70 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Full earthworks and groundworks package for 14 new town houses and renovation of existing library; works include site clearance and earthworks, foundations, drainage, external works to form new car parking and driveways and installation of services and connection of drainage to local authority sewers.

CLIENT – Robertsons LOCATION – Newcastle University, Cochrane Park PROJECT DURATION – 40 weeks Sept 2018- June 2019 DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Installation of foundations, drainage and ground floor slabs for new sports hall and changing block and gym and installation of a new 180 space car park including all earthworks, drainage, SUDS pond, kerbing and paving.

CLIENT – Stainforth Construction LOCATION  – Turbine Business Park, Washington PROJECT DURATION – 28 weeks DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Supply full groundworks and civils package for a new AdBlue factory. Works included all foundations and drainage; installation of reinforced in-situ concrete pits and bunds; tank bases and weighbridge. Additionally, we completed all kerbing and paving, including 278 works to form two new entrances to new car park and service yards.
